Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions, what terms and conditions? We offer a friendly reliable service and have a few things you should know:

- Cancellation fees only apply if you cancel 48 hours before the day of the scheduled move, in which case it's half the quoted fee.
- However Cancellation 24 Hours before or on the day of removal will incur the full removal cost.
- On occasions a non refundable deposit may be required to secure a removal date.
- (1)We must be informed of any claims within 48 hours of the removal taking place.
- (2)Where we have provided the packing service the notice for any claim to boxed items is 72 hours.
- A signed vehicle and goods form (removal form) nullifies any liability in section (1) above but does not affect section (2) above.
- Jewelry, watches, trinkets, precious stones or metals, money, deeds, securities, stamps, coins, or goods or collections of a similar kind are not covered, unless you have previously given us full information including value, and we have confirmed in writing that we will accept responsibility.
- Additionally we will not be liable for any loss or damage in relation to:
- Goods which have a relevant proven defect or are inherently defective.
- Animals and their cages or tanks including pets, birds or fish.
- Plants.
- Refrigerated or frozen food or drink.
- Normal wear and tear, natural or gradual deterioration, leakage or evaporation from perishable or unstable goods.
- This includes goods left within furniture or appliances, Cleaning, repairing or restoring unless we did the work.
- Moth or vermin or similar infestation.
- Electrical or mechanical derangement to any appliance.
- Instruments or equipment unless there is evidence of external impact.
- Any goods in wardrobes, drawers or appliances, or in a package, bundle, case or other container not both packed and unpacked by us.
- An increase to the removal cost maybe added where access to the collection or delivery point is inadequate or the approach is unsuitable for our vehicles (not applicable where we have viewed the collection address). Any parking or other fees or charges that we have to incur and pay in order to carry out the services you require. In all these circumstances you will be responsible for the extra charges.
- Where applicable the quotation provided is based on the cubic foot listed on the removal sheet and assumes loading/unloading to ground/first floor.
